Our extra virgin olive oil is produced with local tuscan olive varieties of two kinds:

- a Correggiolo, Leccino, Moraiolo and Leccio del Corno blend, perfect with a lot of courses for its delicate taste despite its strong fragrance:

- a Correggiolo (single variety) for heavy-bodied lovers, recommended with typical local dishes such as Tagliata or Ribollita.

Olives are picked daily and cold-worked within 24 hours. As for our wines, we guarantee the entire production process for our oil as well, from the plant to the bottle.
