2010 has been the first year for this Chardonnay. We produced 1000 bottles of this single-variety vinification wine, characterized by an explosive fruity taste and an intense minerality (alchool 12,5).

In 2011 bottles became 2000, alchool was over 14 degrees and the wine was strong and powerful, result of a generous summer that allowed theese Chardonnay grapes to reach a perfect maturation before other years.

In 2012 we decided to try something different: we mixed a 20% of Chardonnay vinificated part in oak wood part in steel and a 20% of Grechetto coming from older vineyards. We produced 4500 bottles that have a very particular aromatic complexity; few of them are still left.

The 2013 has been a very fresh year, these 3500 bottles are characterized for a particularly floral taste, with a hint of citrus aroma and green apple, perfect to be served with shellfish and appetizers.

2014 has been the ideal year for our Chardonnay which reached perfect balance and acdity. Grapes' aroma got the maximum development, giving the win a complex fragrance which gains the best level after 6 months in bottles. Alcohol 12,7.
